The Cake box - Maypole Birmingham


I first opened the doors to my open plan cake studio at the Maypole, Birmingham in 1995. I moved the business home to Cheswick Green , Solihull in 2024 essentially to enjoy a work /life balance whilst keeping all the high standards of work my customers have come to expect. From the first cake made in the opening week to now, I have baked, created and designed thousands of delicious, eye-catching celebration cakes. I have made cakes for Celebrities, Pop Stars, Hollywood movie stars, TV shows and of course, my regular customers without whom I wouldn't be in business. I specialize in Novelty cakes, but I am proficient in Frosted, Iced, Modern and Traditional styles . I will and can undertake any challenge presented to me. The Cake Box is now based in the village of Cheswick Green, on the outskirts of Solihull, West Midlands. I love creating these cakes for you and my aim every time is to see that beaming smile on collection of your order. I have never let a customer down. I can offer delivery of your cakes in the Maypole, Shirley, Kings Norton, Wythall, Hollywood, Earlswood, Solihull Lodge, Monkspath, Hockley Heath and Dickens Heath areas 7 days a week. Wedding Cake delivery available for your venue in the West Midlands. All of my Cakes are made to order. Each cake is timed to perfection so require adequate ordering times. All cakes are freshly baked by me. order times are currently one weeks notice, some designs require more time, and sometimes I can assist with late orders, so its always worth asking first. other services include: Hire of Cake Tins and Cake stands.
